Group exercise classes

What is it?

Group exercise classes are a great way for working out and building soical connections at the same time.  Urbain Fitness is offering variety of fitenss (Gym) group classes to carter our member’s need for physical and social connections build-up. Working out with a group of people can be extremely motivated, you don’t want to quite as no one else does in the room. It helps you push yourself and workout with more intensity. What’s more, a group class can help you push yourself mentally by trying somethng new with less fear when you are alone. Putting all together, it is Fun and Motivated. And it is working.

Why is it best?

  • Social – meet people and make friends.  It s great for motivation.
  • Fun – it is more fun training with others, there is a little competition among people and you won’t quite as no one else does. 
  • Guidance – all our instructors are very experienced, not matter what your experience level is you will get the safest and most effective workout every time.  Even you are new to the gym, you are under supervision and instruction.
  • Style – we are offering variety of group classes.  No matter what your style is, there are classes for you.
